Pick Letter or A4 before export
US newsletters usually fit Letter; EU digests often need A4. Wrong page size wraps sidebars awkwardly — match the audience region before you download.
Fix broken images first
HTML that references remote images needs those URLs still live. If images are missing, open the file locally, save embedded assets, or use URL to PDF when a public article link exists.
File and compress
