Why doesn’t the Word file match the scan perfectly?
A scan has no real text until it is recognized. Blur, stamps, and handwriting cause mistakes. Read the DOCX against the original before you submit it.
What if the scan is in Hindi?
Use the Hindi OCR page first if the letters are Devanagari, then convert. English recognition will not read Hindi text reliably.
