Limits
How the free limits work
20 everyday jobs a day, 500 pages, 500 MB of uploads and 3 advanced uses — what counts against which bucket.
Updated
Two separate buckets
Free includes 20 everyday jobs a day. Everyday jobs are the browser tools: merge, split, compress, rotate, crop, organise, page numbers, watermark, protect, unlock, sign and the image conversions.
Advanced uses are counted separately: 3 a day. OCR, Office conversion, PDF to Word/Excel/PowerPoint, translation, redaction and the AI helpers draw from that bucket because they consume server capacity.
Pages and uploads
Alongside the job count, Free has a daily budget of 500 pages and 500 MB of uploads. A large job can use a chunk of both, which is why the quota response reports the remaining numbers rather than just a yes or no.
What Pro changes
Pro raises the same limits to 200 everyday jobs and 50 advanced uses a day, allows 200 pages per cloud job, and adds saved storage. The file ceiling stays at 100 MB on both plans.
Why limits exist at all
They keep the free tier usable for everyone and keep low-end phones smooth. There is no ad-supported tier and no watermark on free output.
