PDF tools for property teams, listings and leases

One listing is forty photos plus a lease; a client on a phone will not download a 60 MB pack. Combine, shrink, sign and share with an expiry date — from the car, if that is where the deal happens.

Where the time goes

Forty photos, one broken attachment

Photos straight from a phone are megabytes each. Combining them into a single PDF and compressing it produces something a client can actually open on mobile data.

Leases signed on the bonnet of a car

Signing on a phone in the browser is faster than driving back to the office, and the signed copy is downloadable immediately.

Sending a pack you cannot take back

A private link with a 1, 7 or 30-day expiry, view-only if you want, is safer than an attachment that lives in an inbox forever.

A workflow you can run today

Every step is a working tool, not a screenshot. The order below is the one that actually finishes the job.

  1. 1

    Listing pack in one file

Combine the photos into one PDF, compress it to a size that survives WhatsApp, and add a watermark so the pack is traceable if it is forwarded.

  2. 2

    Lease signed on site

Fill the tenant details, add the signature, and hand back a signed PDF before you leave the viewing.

  3. 3

    A link that expires

Send one private link instead of a 40 MB attachment. Choose the expiry, turn downloads off for a viewing copy, and delete the link when the deal closes.

What it actually costs

No “unlimited” that quietly stops at a download button. These are the enforced numbers.

Real estate questions

Can I do this from a phone?

Yes. The tools are built for a touch screen first: the primary action is a full-width button, file pickers accept camera and photo library input, and every page was checked at phone and tablet sizes.

How long does a shared link last?

You choose 1, 7 or 30 days at creation. After that the link answers as expired and the stored file is removed by the storage sweeper. You can also delete it yourself at any time.

Is the e-signature legally valid?

It is an electronic signature applied to the PDF, the same category most agencies use for leases. It is not a certificate-based qualified signature, and this page will not pretend otherwise. For deeds that require a notary or a qualified signature, use that process.
