Cancel or change your Pro plan
How cancellation works, what happens to the rest of the period, and where invoices come from.

Cancelling
Pro is month-to-month or yearly with no minimum term. Cancel from the billing page and Pro runs until the end of the period you already paid for; there is no cancellation fee.
After that the account falls back to the free limits: 20 everyday jobs and 3 advanced uses a day.
Invoices and payment
Payments and invoices are handled by our payment provider, and the invoice is issued in the provider's system under the details you entered at checkout. If a tax detail is wrong, fix it in the billing settings or contact us before the invoice period closes.
Refund questions
If something went wrong with a charge, contact us with the invoice number instead of opening a dispute first — a dispute freezes the payment while a refund does not.
